About Us
The London-Laurel County Joint Planning Commission has the responsibility of reviewing plans for proposed developments and subdivisions, while keeping the long-term vision of London and Laurel County intact. The Planning Commission is also responsible for the enforcement of existing zoning and health codes as well as providing accurate maps to the public regarding zoning, flood plains, roads, etc.
Meeting Dates & Deadlines
Planning & Zoning meets on the second Tuesday of Each Month at 6:00 P.M. in the Basement of London City Hall. Submission deadlines vary.
The Board of Adjustment meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 P.M. in the basement of London City Hall. Submission deadlines vary.
Fees
Planning & Zoning FeesSubdivisions - $100.00, plus $5.00 per lot. There is a $150.00 minimum.
Zone Changes - $200.00
Any Other Item - $50.00
Special Called Meetings - $1250.00 Board of Adjustment FeesConditional Use Permits - $100.00
